Job Description
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for 18 months to 3-year-old children
- Teach various subjects, in a fun and engaging manner
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources effectively
