Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for 18 months to 3-year-old children
• Teach various subjects, in a fun and engaging manner
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
• Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources effectively
