Job Description

Job Title:

Full-Time Lead Daycare Teacher Schedule:

Monday - Friday, weekends off, flexible hours

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
Create a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Manage classroom resources and maintain a clean and organized space.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a high-quality daycare program.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a daycare teacher or in a similar role.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
Certification in early childhood education is a plus.
