Job Title:

Full-Time Lead or Assistant Daycare Teacher Schedule:

Monday - Friday, weekends off, flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
• Create a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Manage classroom resources and maintain a clean and organized space.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a high-quality daycare program.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a daycare teacher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
• Certification in early childhood education is a plus.
