Open Positions Lead Infant Teacher:
working with children 6 weeks to 12 months old and the shift would be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through
Friday Lead Toddler Teacher:
working with children 18 months to 2 years old or 2 to 3 years old and the shift would be 6:30am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through
Friday Lead Pre-K Teacher:
working with children 4 to 5 years old and the shift would be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday Salary $20.00 - $23.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Full-Time Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Childcare Discounts Professional Development Opportunities Job Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education Lead Teachers Requirements - must meet one of the following: Option 1 : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. If working with Infants/Toddlers, one year of experience working specifically with Infants/Toddlers required Option 2: Child Development Associate (CDA) certification and at least 1-year of experience related to caring for children. If working with Infants/Toddlers, at least two years of experience caring for children required, one of which must be specifically with Infants/Toddlers. Option 3: At least two years of experience related to caring for children AND at least 9 completed college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field, with a plan of study leading to a: Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or a completed degree in a related field Additional Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility
