Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe, document, and support each child's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to maintain licensing, safety, and cleanliness standards. Support behavior guidance using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching skills. Set up and maintain engaging, organized classroom learning centers.
