KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Fishers Run center to create a safe, engaging space where young children learn and thrive. In this role, you'll plan and lead age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain strong, positive relationships with families. You'll collaborate with a caring team, uphold health and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development standards. Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe, document, and support each child's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to maintain licensing, safety, and cleanliness standards. Support behavior guidance using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching skills. Set up and maintain engaging, organized classroom learning centers.
