Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young children will help lay the foundation for their lifelong learning and development. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment tailored specifically to infants' needs. Your dedication will support families by providing exceptional care, fostering growth, and encouraging curiosity in our youngest learners. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate activities that promote infant development, including motor skills, language acquisition, and social-emotional growth Ensure the safety and well-being of infants through vigilant supervision and adherence to health and safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Follow all mandated reporting laws and procedures to ensure compliance with child protection regulations Administer first aid and pediatric CPR when necessary, demonstrating quick response skills in emergency situations Collaborate with team members to manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management strategies effectively Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare center or preschool setting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care best practices Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Classroom management skills tailored to early childhood environments Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is required or obtainable upon hire Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety protocols is essential Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives!
