As a Morning Floater, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing child supervision, and assisting teachers with instructional and behavioral support from 6AM to 12PM. Duties Provide child supervision and support in various classrooms during morning hours, ensuring safety and engagement for all students Assist teachers with classroom management, behavior regulation, and implementing educational activities aligned with early childhood development standards Support literacy, math, and other foundational skills through tutoring, mentoring, and educational reinforcement Help maintain a well-organized classroom environment by proofreading instructional materials and preparing learning resources Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and daily updates Use educational technologies and computers to facilitate interactive learning experiences Experience Prior experience working with children in classroom or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education strategies, and behavior management techniques Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is a plus Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and students Familiarity with educational technologies and tools used in early childhood education Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification if needed Demonstrated ability to supervise children safely while fostering a nurturing environment Join us as a Part Time Morning Floater and be part of a vibrant team committed to inspiring young learners!
