Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster developmental growth, emotional security, and curiosity in our youngest learners. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development for infants. Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring safety at all times. Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones and needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care plans. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to infant care and early childhood education. Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in infant care. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle multiple children compassionately and effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members. Ability to demonstrate patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare are advantageous.
