Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends. Qualifications Experience working with children in a preschool setting or similar environment is preferred. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques. Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Experience with caregiving roles such as nannying, babysitting, or infant care is a plus. Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. A nurturing attitude and a genuine passion for teaching young children are essential for success in this role.
