Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning. Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers. Assess and document children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and support special education initiatives as needed.
