Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences to foster strong partnerships Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance with licensing standards Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities that support individual needs and promote inclusive learning experiences Document children's developmental progress through observations, assessments, and portfolio updates to inform instruction and family communication Requirements Prior experience working with infants or young children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education best practices, and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid, CPR , pediatric first aid, and mandated reporting laws is required or willing to obtain upon hire Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a nurturing yet structured environment Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Ability to pass background checks and meet all licensing requirements for childcare providers Join us as an Infant Teacher where your enthusiasm fuels joyful learning experiences!
