Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences: Proven experience in toddler care or preschool education. Background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Experience in caregiving or nannying is a plus. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young children. Certification in first aid is highly desirable. Previous experience working with infants or young children in a childcare setting is beneficial.
