Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nurturing and educating young children, creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. This role involves working closely with toddlers and preschool-aged children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through engaging activities and structured lessons. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings to parents or guardians. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to first aid protocols when necessary. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences: Proven experience in toddler care or preschool education. Background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Experience in caregiving or nannying is a plus. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young children. Certification in first aid is highly desirable. Previous experience working with infants or young children in a childcare setting is beneficial.
