Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, including play, learning games, arts and crafts, and outdoor recreation Provide specialized care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children, tailoring activities to meet their unique needs Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Maintain a clean and organized environment that supports safe play and learning experiences Follow mandated reporting laws by promptly reporting any signs of abuse or neglect in accordance with legal requirements Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and social skills development Qualifications Experience working with children across various age groups of school aged children.
