QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of preschool-aged children. Supervise and interact with children during activities to promote a safe and nurturing environment. Provide individualized attention to support each child's learning and development. Manage classroom behavior and foster positive relationships among students. Maintain records of children's progress and communicate with parents regarding their development. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the classroom.
