QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent level of education Must be able to pass a background and FBI fingerprint check LOVE children, be patient and kind-hearted Be enthusiastic and stern Be tolerant, dependable and possess a sense of humor Have the ability to follow a lesson plan and be creative with administering those lessons Facilitate a supportive, inclusive, positive, fun and engaging environment for our little scholars Engineers of Tomorrow STEM PreSchool is just that...a preschool, and not a daycare. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of preschool-aged children. Supervise and interact with children during activities to promote a safe and nurturing environment. Provide individualized attention to support each child's learning and development. Manage classroom behavior and foster positive relationships among students. Maintain records of children's progress and communicate with parents regarding their development. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the classroom.
