Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the diverse needs of children, including those requiring special education or early intervention support. Engage children in activities that enhance childhood development, including physical education, arts, and play-based learning. Monitor and assess student progress through observations, documentation, and standardized testing when applicable. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's overall welfare and educational journey. Maintain a clean, safe classroom environment that adheres to childcare standards and promotes child welfare at all times. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, with a strong background in early childhood education or Montessori methods. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles across literacy, math, and physical education. Knowledge of classroom management techniques suitable for toddlers and preschoolers. Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Passion for fostering bilingual language skills and cultural awareness through immersive Spanish instruction.
