Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early learning standards. Observe and document children's development and communicate progress with families. Maintain classroom organization, routines, and behavior expectations. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families. Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
