Duties Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and well-being Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health care needs for infants and toddlers Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and resolving conflicts effectively Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and pediatric first aid required or willing to obtain upon hire Familiarity with special education strategies and experience working with children with disabilities preferred Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques Experience with infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities highly valued Embark on a fulfilling career where your energy fuels young learners' growth!
