Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher that is Montessori certified or has experience working in a montessori daycare, to inspire young learners in a nurturing, child-centered environment. As a Infant Teacher, you will facilitate a classroom that promotes independence, curiosity, and a love of learning through the Montessori method. Your role will involve caring for the infants. changing diapers, sanitizing surfaces/toys throughout the day, guiding infants through individualized activities, and fostering a positive atmosphere that supports early childhood development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's educational journeys while working within a vibrant and supportive team.

Duties implement curriculum plans aligned with Montessori principles, focusing on holistic childhood development Prepare and organize classroom materials to promote hands-on learning experiences in literacy, math, physical education, and other core subjects Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring activities to meet their unique needs and developmental stages Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a respectful and productive learning environment Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive learning opportunities Foster effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to promote transparency and collaborative growth Maintain accurate records of student progress, lesson plans, and classroom activities in compliance with educational standards Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings, preferably within Montessori or similar educational frameworks Strong knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, standardized testing, and literacy education methods Experience with toddler care, daycare practices, and early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members Certification or training in Montessori education or early childhood education is preferred Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports child welfare and promotes positive social-emotional growth CPR certification required Join us as a Montessori Teacher and be part of an inspiring community dedicated to nurturing the potential of every child.
