Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires a strong commitment to providing quality education and care for children aged 18 Months to 2.5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting a love for learning. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language, and motor skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring additional assistance. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety regulations. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Experience in classroom management and caregiving techniques. Familiarity with special education practices is preferred but not required. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A compassionate approach to teaching that prioritizes the well-being of each child. Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities.
