Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Support early childhood development through play, teaching basic concepts, and encouraging curiosity Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and emotional regulation Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Adapt caregiving approaches to meet the unique needs of children with disabilities or special requirements Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in classroom or daycare settings Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Demonstrated ability to foster a nurturing environment through patience, creativity, and effective communication Join us as a Childcare Provider to make a positive difference in children's lives!
