Job Description
Are you wanting to be a positive impact in the lives of young children? Join our amazing team! We are looking for a reliable, friendly, happy individual who works great with children ages 3-5, parents, and other teachers. Schedule is part-time. Responsibilities include preparing and teaching lessons, caring for children and ensuring the classroom runs smoothly during inside classroom time and outside time, communicating with parents, creating weekly newsletter, light clearning, and other classroom duties. We are looking for someone who is confident reading to, playing with, and engaging with students and helping them work through problem solving situations. Need to ensure the safety and emotional well-being of each of our students as well. Our preschool program is more nature-based which means we get to spend part of each day outside in nature! Each class goes outside for 1 hour and 15 minutes each day (all weather) and must be accompanied by their positive, creative teachers and assistant teachers. If you love working with kids and spending time outside, this could be a great fit!
