About Us Welcome to Wenatchee Christian Early Learning! We are a vibrant, high-energy preschool dedicated to providing a "play-based" learning environment rooted in Christian values. We believe that every child is a gift, and we strive to create a space where they feel loved, safe, and excited to explore the world around them. Our program serves a wide range of ages—from our littlest learners (12 months) to our school-age explorers (12 years). The Role We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Preschool Aide to join our team. This is a dynamic "float" position, meaning you'll get to experience the best of all worlds! If you love variety and have a heart for ministry through ECE, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities Teacher Support:

Assist lead teachers in executing daily lesson plans, crafts, and activities.

Supervision:

Maintain a safe and Christ-centered environment through active supervision during indoor play, outdoor recess, and meal times.

Classroom Care:

Help keep our learning spaces tidy, organized, and ready for the next big adventure.

Student Engagement:

Interact with students across all age groups (12 months - 12 years), providing emotional support, guidance, and a lot of high-fives.

Basic Care:

Assist with the fundamental needs of our younger students, including snack time and bathroom/diapering transitions. What We're Looking For A Heart for

Comfortable working in an environment that incorporates Christian teachings and prayer into the daily routine.

Experience:

Previous childcare experience is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we are happy to train the right person.

You're a team player who can jump into any classroom and help where the need is greatest.
