Job Summary We are seeking a flexible and caring Floater/Support Teacher to join our early learning team. This position provides support across multiple classrooms, assisting lead teachers with daily routines, classroom activities, and child supervision. The floater/support teacher helps maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, stepping in where needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the day. Responsibilities Assisting with supervision, care, and safety of children ages 18 months - 5 years Supporting classroom activities, transitions, and routines Providing coverage for teacher breaks, planning time, and absences Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Collaborating with teaching staff to support children's developmental, social-emotional, and learning needs Requirements Experience working with young children preferred Flexibility and ability to adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles Strong communication and teamwork skills Will help maintain some required training, including STARS training Scholarships available for Early Care and Education courses Some required certifications, such as CPR/First Aid , Bloodborne pathogens, etc. can be obtained upon hire
