The Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. Lead Teacher, You Will:
Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with school district guidelines and Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards Create joyful and effective learning experiences that prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten Provide a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom where every child can thrive and feel a sense of belonging Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly to support each child's development Ensure adherence to all licensing and program requirements , including documentation, assessments, and ongoing quality improvement
What You Bring:
