## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for early childhood development. Daycare Teachers work with or under the supervision of licensed teachers to perform the following general duties:

• Supervise and engage with children.
• Carry out lesson plans activities created by lead teachers.
• Aid in teaching appropriate behavior and social skills.
• Guiding appropriate classroom structure.
• Assist with record keeping.
• Provide personal aid and care as necessary.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Average shift 8:00am-6:00pm ## Requirements
• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education is preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
