Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's development through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective behavior management. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education and experience working with children will help foster a positive atmosphere where kids can thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while developing your skills in childcare, teaching, and childhood development. Duties Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs or disabilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity Ensure safety by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Support children's emotional well-being through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages exploration and learning in line with early childhood education standards Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred Classroom experience or involvement in early childhood education programs is advantageous Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies is essential Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications related to working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Demonstrated ability to care for infants and toddlers with patience and compassion Experience implementing educational activities that support developmental milestones Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us to inspire young minds! $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
