Job Overview Our team is looking an individual, who has a drive for helping young children grow and thrive, to join us at Storybook Daycare! Previous daycare/teaching experience and/or education in child development or early education is HIGHLY preferred. An ideal candidate would be responsible and reliable, as well as patient, kind and caring, and have a passion for nurturing young hearts and minds. Full time availability is required. Pay is $12.00/hour through the training process. After completion of this process you would be eligible for a raise based on reliability, obtaining qualifications, goodness-of-fit, etc. Training lasts between two and eight weeks based upon personal ability and readiness. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Provide an engaging and enjoyable environment for children aged 24 to 35 months
• Supervise children's activities and monitor the environment to ensure physical safety
• Establish and maintain a developmentally appropriate classroom routine
• Communicate with coworkers regarding the classroom and its children as necessary to maintain
• Monitor and manage children's behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Establish relationships with and communicate effectively and appropriately with parents/guardians
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Pay:
