Job Description
Job Summary Differentiated Literacy Instructor will design and implement tailored literacy instruction that meets the diverse needs of young learners, including those with disabilities and those requiring specialized academic interventions. Responsibilities Provide small group support in literacy. Conduct ongoing student assessments to monitor progress, analyze student performance data, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Implement academic interventions within multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) to address individual learning needs effectively. Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and educational specialists to develop individualized plans for students with disabilities or special needs. Maintain detailed records of student progress, assessment results, lesson plans, and compliance documentation in accordance with educational regulations. Experience Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development for literacy. Proven success in implementing assessment-driven instruction and academic interventions within multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS). Experience working with students with disabilities or special needs; familiarity with special education practices is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Ability to analyze student performance data for quantitative evaluation of progress and instructional effectiveness.
