About L&E Middle Prep Academy L&E Middle Prep Academy was created because we saw a need in middle school education and decided to build a solution. We are not designing a school for one type of student. We are creating an intentionally small learning environment where teachers can understand how students learn, respond to individual academic needs, and provide both support and challenge. Our focus is on literacy, critical thinking, communication, academic independence, and meaningful preparation for high school. Our goal is for students to leave L&E high-school ready on day one . If you are a middle school educator who can truly differentiate instruction, create engaging learning experiences, and help students grow across a range of academic levels, we would love to hear from you.
