Duties Plan and deliver engaging arts, engineering, and science enrichment activities tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Supervise children during activities, ensuring safety and positive behavior management at all times Facilitate youth group activities that promote teamwork, problem-solving, and creative expression Maintain a safe environment by adhering to first aid protocols, CPR procedures, and emergency response guidelines Manage classroom or activity space efficiently, organizing materials and resources for smooth lesson flow Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members regarding program progress and student needs Lead outdoor work experiences and nature-based projects that connect children with the environment Support inclusive education practices by adapting activities for children with special needs or unique learning requirements Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage children of various ages Experience working with children in educational or camp settings; familiarity with childcare or daycare environments preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles to tailor activities appropriately Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with first aid protocols Proven experience in youth development programs or youth group activity facilitation Ability to lead team efforts while demonstrating leadership qualities in a collaborative environment Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members effectively Creative thinking combined with technical knowledge in arts, engineering, or science disciplines Experience in theater arts or performing arts can enhance activity offerings and engagement strategies Outdoor work experience that supports active learning experiences outside traditional classroom settings Join us as an Arts Engineering & Science Enrichment Instructor to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and empower young learners through innovative educational experiences.
