The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various scientific disciplines, including molecular biology and mathematics, and will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development to enhance the educational experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Teach subjects including but not limited to molecular biology, trigonometry, and geometry. Foster a classroom environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and critical thinking. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborate with fellow educators in curriculum development and enhancement of teaching strategies. Mentor students in their academic pursuits, providing guidance and support for their educational goals. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field; higher education teaching experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of scientific concepts, particularly in molecular biology, trigonometry, and geometry. Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development is highly desirable. Excellent mentoring skills with the ability to inspire students academically. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive learning environment. Familiarity with education administration processes is a plus. Ability to calculate and analyze data related to student performance effectively.
