Ninja Warrior Coach Coach Patty's School of Gymnastics - 5.0 Camarillo, CA Job Details Part-time $20 - $24 an hour 3 days ago Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Youth fitness Gymnastics Leadership Teaching Camp experience Full Job Description Ninja Zone and Ninja Warrior Fitness is instructional classes for children and adults which teach foundational gymnastics skills, strength and agility, and obstacle course athletics as seen on Ninja Warrior, Spartan races, as well as free running skills from pretty much every action movie.

Job Expectations:

Provide a structured and safe environment for students of all ages. This includes Supervision and management of the class at all times Maintain an environment which encourages mental and physical focus Safety instructions demonstrated visually and provided verbally Guidance and safety provided with hands on spotting Provide technical instruction for the development of skills in a systematic approach to learning tumbling, bars, and obstacle course skills. Provide physical conditioning which is appropriate for the age and ability of the class and encourages strength, agility, and coordination. Maintain a clean work environment.

Key Performance Indicators:

Being on time to work Safety of students Student retention. Progress of students from beginner to advanced level skills Coach's ability to develop new skill sets and technical ability Work attendance. A passion for teaching, physical activity and the humility and focus to learn. Candidates that have had any of prior experience from the following list is considered a bonus. Children's teaching, or class management experience (summer camps, day care, sports teams…) Gymnastics experience Martial arts experience Fitness training experience Group fitness experience Team leadership experience
