Overview We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Black Belt Jiu Jitsu Instructor to lead, inspire, and elevate our martial arts community. This dynamic role involves teaching advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, mentoring students of all ages and skill levels, and fostering a positive environment that encourages growth, discipline, and confidence. Duties Deliver engaging and comprehensive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction tailored to students' skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners Develop structured training programs that emphasize technique, sparring, conditioning, and self-defense strategies Mentor students on proper form, technique execution, and strategic thinking during training sessions and competitions Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes respect, discipline, and teamwork among all participants Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Lead team-building activities and coordinate participation in local competitions or seminars Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and skill assessments for all students Skills Extensive experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a Black Belt ranking or equivalent certification Strong background in martial arts Proven ability to teach physical education with excellent communication skills tailored for diverse age groups Experience working with children and managing behavior in a classroom or training environment Demonstrated leadership skills in team settings with a focus on motivation and mentorship Familiarity with sports team dynamics, behavior management strategies, and client communication best practices Join us as a Black Belt Jiu Jitsu Instructor to inspire excellence both on the mat and in life!
