Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in gymnastics and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching gymnastics techniques, ensuring safety during practice, and fostering a positive learning environment for all participants. Responsibilities Instruct students in gymnastics skills, including tumbling, balance beam, bars, and vaulting techniques. Follow lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students while promoting skill progression. Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their abilities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions. Maintain equipment and gym facilities to ensure a safe training environment. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress, concerns, and upcoming events. Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive atmosphere in classes. Collaborate with other instructors to organize events, competitions, or showcases. Requirements Background in gymnastics or related fields such as martial arts, cheerleading, dance or sports coaching is preferred. Experience in childcare or working with children is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. Knowledge safety protocols is an advantage.
