Our mission is to provide professional-level instruction that enhances the baseball and softball experience for players ranging from youth to collegiate and professional levels. We are seeking a highly motivated, career-minded individual to join our team as a Professional Instructor . This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to turn your playing experience into a rewarding career in player development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver private, one-on-one baseball or softball instruction to players of all ages and skill levels Lead group instruction sessions, camps, and clinics in alignment with D-BAT's developmental philosophy Build and maintain a personal client base while contributing to the overall success of the facility Collaborate with the D-BAT team to create a positive and professional training environment Assist with facility operations, customer engagement, and programming as needed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of playing experience at the collegiate level or higher (NAIA, NJCAA, NCAA Division I, II, or III)

Note:

Club or intramural experience does not meet this requirement Background in either baseball or softball, with the ability to instruct at multiple age and skill levels Availability to work evenings and weekends, as this is when most instruction takes place

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous coaching or instructional experience Knowledge of modern training tools, video analysis, and skill development strategies Ability to manage a book of business and grow a loyal client base Why Join D-BAT?
