Duties:

• Instruct children in boys gymnastics classes and Ninja classes of various skill levels
• Develop lesson plans and create a safe and engaging learning environment
• Teach proper techniques and skills for gymnastics routines and Ninja exercises
• Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their performance
• Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules and monitoring equipment usage
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in gymnastics and coaching agility
• Ability to effectively communicate and educate students of all ages
• Knowledge of other sports such as judo, martial arts, basketball, or karate is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with children
