Job Description
Duties:
- Instruct children in boys gymnastics classes and Ninja classes of various skill levels
- Develop lesson plans and create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Teach proper techniques and skills for gymnastics routines and Ninja exercises
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their performance
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules and monitoring equipment usage
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in gymnastics and coaching agility
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate students of all ages
- Knowledge of other sports such as judo, martial arts, basketball, or karate is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with children
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain a positive learning environment We are looking for a dedicated Gymnastics and Ninja Instructor who is passionate about teaching kids to join our team.
