Overview 18-Hole Championship Golf Course The course was designed by the legendary Ralph Plummer, who designed some of the greatest courses in Texas; including Champions Golf Club, Dallas Athletic Club and Preston Trail Golf Club. During 2015, under the guidance of Weibring Wolfard Golf Design we embarked on a complete renovation of our Practice Facility including a new Driving Range, a 9 Hole Short Course and a State of the Art Learning Center. We then began the second phase of our $8.9 million project, restoring our beautiful Championship Golf Course. This project included all areas on the course, including new tees, bunkers, lakes and greens. The New course offers a great challenge to golfers of all levels; while still very reminiscent of the look and feel of the traditional classic era of Mr. Plummer. At MCC you will find everything you need to enjoy the game of golf. The Judy 9-Hole par 3 Course With the help of Golf Hall of Famer, Judy Rankin, Wiebring and Wolfard designed and constructed a new 9-Hole par 3 Course that is fun for all ages. Work on your short game, get in that extra 9 holes or come out with your family for some fun. Relax after play at our State of the Art Teaching Center that provides lovely patio seating and refreshments for members and their guests. Midland Country Club has been the host of Texas State Amatuer, North Texas PGA Section Championship, North Texas PGA Western Championship, Texas Men's West Texas Champioship, Texas Women's 4-Ball Championship and numerous USGA Qualifiers.
