Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teacher Lead to inspire and guide early childhood learners in a vibrant educational environment. As a Teacher Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing engaging curriculum, fostering positive classroom experiences, and supporting the development of young children. Your leadership will help create a nurturing space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the next generation of learners while collaborating with dedicated staff to implement best practices in early childhood education. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs Lead classroom activities focused on literacy education, math, physical education, and overall childhood development Manage classroom environments effectively to promote positive behavior management and safe childcare practices Collaborate with team members to design lesson plans and incorporate early intervention strategies Support children's social-emotional growth through child welfare initiatives and behavior management techniques Requirements Experience working with children across various age groups, including babies, toddlers and preschoolers Background in early childhood education, including curriculum development, literacy education, and special education techniques preferred Experience working in a classroom setting preferred Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, and early intervention methods. (Classes will be provided) Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and age-appropriate crafts tailored to the developmental needs of each age group.
