Discussed during the interview process Responsibilities Provide direct and consultative vision services to K-12 students Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments and monitor student progress Assist with curriculum accessibility and instructional modifications Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired Active Arkansas licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable utilizing virtual platforms and technology Why Join ProCare Therapy?
