Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate employee to join our creative educational team. This role is designed for individuals who are committed to fostering a fun and positive learning environment. This is a seasonal/ as- needed position that works primarily during camps and school breaks. Duties Plan, organize, and lead engaging camp activities and experiences Facilitate enrichment activities that support creativity, learning and youth development Engage with students and parents on a camp level and school level during PTO and community outreach Assist staff in maintaining a clean and safe space, and provide additional support outside of teaching responsibilities Experience Background in early childhood education or special education is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and their families. Knowledge of childhood development principles and an understanding of how they apply to tutoring practices. First aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
