In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and educational environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Your enthusiasm for working with children and your expertise in childhood development will help foster a positive atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and growth. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, creativity, and learning for school-aged children Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining a secure environment, adhering to safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to support each child's individual needs and development goals Incorporate elements of special education when needed to support diverse learning styles and abilities Lead recreational activities such as sports coaching, theater projects, or arts & crafts to foster teamwork and self-expression Maintain accurate attendance records, activity logs, and incident reports as required Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, camps, tutoring programs, or babysitting roles is highly valued Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training in childhood development or early childhood education is a plus Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with diverse needs enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience in coaching sports or leading extracurricular activities demonstrates your ability to engage children through varied interests Strong communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, and team members A genuine passion for nurturing childhood growth through creative teaching methods and supportive guidance Join us in shaping the future by providing a dynamic environment where children can learn, play, and grow!
