We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to fill three full-time contract positions available immediately through the end of the school year. This opportunity is located in the vicinity of Clifton, CO and offers a meaningful way to support students unique learning needs. There are two openings working with students who have Significant Support Needs (SSN) and one opening for a Resource Special Education Teacher. Each role is essential in providing individualized instruction and advocacy for students who require additional support within the educational environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Colorado teaching certification in Special Education is required Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher is highly preferred Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Strong collaboration skills to work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Demonstrated commitment to fostering student growth and success

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver differentiated instruction aligned with students IEP goals Provide direct support to students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support Assess and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed Foster an environment of encouragement, safety, and respect Communicate consistently with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued growth This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, offering a structured schedule for the remainder of the current school year.
