Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction under the supervision of licensed educators Assist students with assignments, organization, and social skills Implement instructional and behavioral strategies as directed Help monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers Support classroom management and encourage inclusive participation Foster a respectful, encouraging, and safe atmosphere for all students
