Qualifications:
Active Special Education Teacher certification required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Experience working with middle school students strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create and maintain an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored instruction to 7th grade students in a resource classroom Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere
