Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Under 3 Teacher to foster a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children under three years old. In this vital role, you will support early childhood development through innovative curriculum implementation, personalized learning approaches, and compassionate caregiving. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners and lay a strong foundation for their future academic and social success. Duties Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to the developmental stages of children under three, integrating educational technology and learning styles adaptability. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Monitor and assess individual child progress through regular observations, student performance data analysis, and documentation of developmental milestones. Engage in differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs, including children with special education requirements or autism spectrum disorder. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child progress, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to develop cohesive lesson plans, share best practices in early intervention, and ensure educational compliance and regulation adherence. Support classroom management by establishing routines, promoting positive behavior, and implementing effective behavior management techniques. Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education activities, and library services into daily lessons to promote holistic development. Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and monitor student engagement effectively. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities related to childhood development, Montessori methods, or other educational frameworks to continually refine teaching skills. Experience Proven experience working with children under three years old in a classroom setting or childcare environment. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in early intervention strategies. Experience implementing curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for young learners. Familiarity with special education needs including autism spectrum disorder and individualized education plans (IEPs). Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt instruction based on diverse learning styles. Prior experience using educational technology tools for instruction and student assessment. Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and team-based teaching approaches. Background in literacy education, math instruction, behavior management, and standardized testing preparation is highly desirable. Pay:
$17.25 - $18.00 per hour
