Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development and positive behavior management. Conduct assessments of children's progress through standardized testing and informal observations to tailor instructional strategies. Support children with special needs through early intervention techniques and individualized education plans (IEPs). Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions between lessons and maintaining discipline. Foster communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Incorporate age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social growth in toddlers and preschoolers. Maintain accurate documentation of student attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with childcare regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development.
